It has links to web sites about frogs and toads and descriptions of activities that were done in this unit. We could try some of the things in this web site.

This site has links to book lists by Arnold Lobel. It also has a link to a site that has some information about the author. It also has links to lesson plans on different stories by Arnold Lobel. Let's look at the different lesson plans and perhaps try some of the ideas.

This site is named "Here's Our Frog and Toad Unit". It has a description of a unit done by Mrs. Tonnessen's first grade class, Dickerson School, NJ. If you go to the Home Page you will find links to other ideas and activities. There are even sets of sight vocabulary lists for grade 1. A good site for teachers and parents.
