Instructions
Your First Class email can be accessed from a WEB Browser or by the Client program. First Class Client program is a FREE application that can be used by anyone to connect to their First Class mailbox. The First Class program makes sending and receiving Email easier then using the WEB Browser. The Client can be used at home or at work providing that the computer you are using has an Internet connection. To install and use the Client, follow the instructions stated below.

First Class Client Install and Setup
1. Uninstall any pervious versions of the FirstClass client you may have on your computer (Start > Control Panel > Add remove programs)
2. Download and save the FirstClass client program (above)
3. Double click on the downloaded self-installing file and follow the instructions. Most users will want to do a typical installation, all users. When installing to your home/personal computer you will most likely want to use the default location of "c:\Program Files\FirstClass".
4. After completing the installation, you will notice a FirstClass Icon on your desktop. When you run First Class for the first time a setup screen will popup asking for server information. In the server area (C) you need to put 'fc.gedsb.net' as illustrated in the diagram below. Once you have typed in the server information, click on the SAVE (D) button and then you will see the login screen were you can type in your User ID and Password.
Note: If setup screen does not open, click on the Advanced arrow (A) and select Setup (B)
